Mr. Dubin is a founding member of Redbrick LMD. Mr. Dubin has invested over $600 million of equity in U.S. based real estate investments and acquisitions with a gross value of approximately $2.5 billion.

Prior to Redbrick, he was most recently the Executive Vice President for The St. Joe Company (NYSE:JOE), a large scale real estate developer and manager that owns 573,000 acres of land primarily in Northwest Florida. He has completed over 30 real estate developments and investments, including land development, resort, residential for sale and rental, office, self-storage, and master planned communities.

Some of the more notable projects include Brier Creek – a large scale master planned community in the Research Triangle comprised of 5,000 residential units and over 3 million square feet of commercial, industrial and retail space (Raleigh, NC), Deer Crest (Park City, UT), 838 Fifth Avenue (New York, NY), Waverly at South Beach (South Beach, Miami), Parkside at Ashburn (Ashburn, VA), Parc Reston (Reston, VA), and 2233 Wisconsin Avenue (Washington, D.C.).

In the early 1990s Mr. Dubin served as Director of the Resolution Trust Corporation’s National Land Fund (book value over $2 billion). Mr. Dubin completed his undergraduate work at Washington & Lee University, and his law degree at The Washington College of Law, American University. Mr. Dubin is a past winner of Institutional Investor’s Real Estate Deal of the Year. Since 2003, Mr. Dubin has been a member of the NY State Common Retirement Fund Real Estate Committee, with current total assets of approximately $190 billion. He is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council of American University, Washington College of Law, past co-chairman of the building committee of the Hewitt School in Manhattan, and a previous board member of the Lincoln Center Institute for Arts and Education. In 2017, Mr. Dubin was appointed by Governor Hogan, Chairman of the Governor’s Workforce Development Board (GWDB) for the State of Maryland. He also co-Chairs the GWDB task force on cybersecurity and IT.
